What Buyers Should Bring to a Brochure Call

1. Duty profile: continuous, peaking, bridge, or hybrid with renewables
2. Frequency and voltage (50 Hz / 60 Hz), expected MW and redundancy (N, N+1)
3. Fuel: diesel, HFO, natural gas, dual-fuel — and logistics reality
4. Packaging constraints: container length, noise limits, road/port limits
5. Paralleling intent: island only, grid parallel, or both
6. COD target and whether FX-45 slots from 2028 should be reserved for growth

Anti-islanding, reverse power, and under-frequency load shed must be coordinated with renewable inverters — not copied from a pure diesel plant. Black-start of a hybrid island may start on Cat packages before inverters energise — black-start Cat gensets. Soft utility ties need import/export limits written into the same plant controller.
